I've had the opportunity of a lifetime in helping to build "M Live," the Global Marketing Command Center for Marriott International.

 

Situated in a glass-enclosed room at Marriott HQ with 20 TV screens on the wall, M Live supports 30+ brands and 7,500+ hotels around the world by providing social media best-practices and streamlined comms via incredible technology partners and a talented team.

Since I joined the team, we've launched 4 additional regional hubs around the globe, become a nexus for marketing innovation amongst Fortune 500 companies, and been recognized internationally with awards such as Cannes Lions and SHORTY's.

Made up of brand marketers, social media experts, graphic designers, and data analysts, M Live has been able to use cutting-edge technology to identify marketing opportunities in real-time on behalf of the largest collection of hotels in the world.

I'm very proud of all we've accomplished and the experience has had an invaluable impact on my career and my life.
