'Masters of the Craft' was a pre-existing internal campaign that needed some exposure. I was brought in to help do just that.

2,200 Marriott chef's and mixologists compete at the property, regional, and national level - all for a chance to to be crowned champion!
Along with developing other digital strategies, I produced a live show of the finalists squaring off at Marriott HQ.
With a scrappy team, we proved live-streaming can be an effective method to reaching a significant number of people, drive conversions, and shine a light on deserving company efforts.
