For the past 3 years, I've built and managed a content marketing platform M Live Story, which connects all 7,500+ Marriott International hotels with their 30 respective brand marketing teams. We're crowd-sourcing content, baby!
We've empowered hotels to submit content, events, traditions, fun facts, and ideas for a chance to be featured on global brand channels and get significantly more exposure and recognition. Free content for brands and free exposure for hotels - it's that simple!
After reviewing over 8,000 submissions, I still get a kick out of it.
M Live Story makes a big difference and I'm extremely proud. It has created better unity between hotel and brand, a content curation process for the organization, and ultimately drives bookings via an improved social media ecosystem.

I've trained 100+ brand stakeholders who are active back-end users, developed SOP's + 'How-To' documents, and presented countless times on webinars, to leadership, and have actually gotten to present at a few conferences.
I've worked directly with thousands of hotels on improving content strategies and been able to ensure their work receives proper recognition. It's been very rewarding and I'm happy to go into the nerdy details for anyone interested!
most recently, i've overseen a year long $150K enhancement project due to launch q2 2020 - the most complex project of my career. i'm beyond excited to see the results!
