Effective communications is something intuitively built into me, born from a place of understanding. People don't like being inconvenienced - period. So whether designing an email or a website, the end consumer must be considered and catered to accordingly. 

​

Throughout my career, I've designed via a number of mediums, such as newsletters, digital dashboards, reports, emails, websites, case studies, briefs, fire-drill decks, and more. Below is a bit more information of a few examples:

The M Live Daily is sent at 10:30AM every day to 20K+ internal marketers that work at Marriott, and consists of critical comms, trending topics, marketing best practices, and much more. I've iterated, developed SOPs, and trained coworkers on it's execution.

Over 1000 issues were released during my tenure.

With over 60 screens I managed worldwide, I've worked extensively to design unique and truly helpful digital dashboards. These dashboards are featured at HQ, on properties, within comms, and more. They've been built in partnership with 3rd party venders and have often needed significant PMing and IT oversight.

Each month, I worked with teams around Marriott to develop comprehensive, yet simple, monthly breakdowns of accomplishments: dubbed the 'M Live Monthly Round-Up'. These reports took on average 50hrs of work each month and has a distribution list that includes our CEO.
